The Art Glass Association is a community that shares a love for art glass, your membership involves you as a part of this community. The Art Glass Association welcomes all individuals who are involved with art glass to become a member of the AGA. Below are the 4 membership categories, benefits available at each level of membership and the the dues for that level. You can choose the right level of membership for you now and as your involvement in art glass changes, upgrade your membership at any time.
Associates Member Level
Requirements: Consumer or Hobbyist
Dues: $35.00 USD for a 12 month membership
Benefits:
- Monthly E-mails - The latest news in the Art Glass Industry sent directly to you.
- Receive the AGA Newsletter - Stay informed with our comprehensive quarterly newsletter covering all the business and industry news.
- AGA Super Sampler Box - A box of samples and information from AGA member manufacturers, publishers, and suppliers sent to you once a year.
- Show and Expo Admission and Education Discounts - The AGA will negotiate a discount at all major art glass shows and expos for our members and send the details out in the monthly email.
- Art Glass Gallery Usage - Post your finished works in the Art Glass Gallery for promotion or sale. ($19.95 per listing for 3 months)
Professional Member Level
Requirements: Full or part-time art glass business or affiliated business
Dues: $125.00 USD for a 12 month membership
Benefits: Professionals receive all of the membership benefits listed above for the Associates level PLUS:
- Voting member privileges - Be a part of the decisions that effect your association by attending the annual meeting and casting your vote. You are also eligible to hold an office in the AGA.
- Business Web Listing in Member Search - This is a comprehensive member listing in the AGA member search that is available to anyone that visits our site.
- Custom Work Referral Page - A tool to promote the custom work your business does and target searchers looking for a particular service.
- News Release Marketing Service - Use these pre-written news releases to get the word out. Easy to use and you can target the publications and media areas you want.
- Show and Expo Admission and Education Discounts - The AGA will negotiate a discount at all major art glass shows and expos for our members and send the details out in the monthly email.
- Free Art Gallery Postings - Use the Art Glass Gallery at no cost, normally $19.95 for 3 months per posting to promote and sell your latest creations.
- Credit Card Processing Discount Service - Special rates for our members. Compare your rates to this AGA membership benefit.
- AGA Group Insurance - Use the web to get a quote for insurance. Note: may not be available in all 50 states or internationally.
- Glass Brochures - Professional quality, four color marketing brochures on mosaic, fusing, classes, and commission work.
- Free Art Glass Month Supplies - Celebrate Art Glass Month with free supplies and information to help you have a great celebration.
- Member to Member Program - Professional members can now offer the Associate memberships direct to their customers. The AGA will rebate $10 for each new $35.00 Associate membership you sell.
- Discount Telecommunication Services - The latest web based phone system for both local and long distances services.
Patron Member Level
Requirements: Full or part-time art glass business or affiliated business
Dues: $300.00 USD for a 12 month membership
Benefits: Patrons receive all of the membership benefits listed above for Professional and Associates categories PLUS:
- Web E-mail Announcements from AGA website (1 per month). Patron members can provide an email message to the AGA office that it will send to the current AGA membership. Content is limited to general information and product news, and can be sent to selected membership categories. (discount selling emails not allowed)
- Banner logo ad will be featured on the AGA web site pages.
- 1 Associate membership that can be used for another person.
- Unlimited submissions to the New Product Review Area on the AGA website.
- Display/Exhibit Discounts for all AGA Educational Conferences.
Benefactor Member Level
Requirements: Full or part-time art glass business or affiliated business
Dues: $500.00 USD minimum for 12 month membership
Benefits: Benefactors receive all of the membership benefits listed above for the Patron, Professional and Associate member categories PLUS:
- 2 additional Associates memberships that can be used for other persons.
- Benefactor Recognition on all AGA publications and on the web site.
